GardeniaGo ("we", "us", "the app") is a hyperlocal discovery and community app for residents of Gardenia Heights, New Cairo, Egypt. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices. By using GardeniaGo you agree to this policy.

1. Information we collect

• Account — email, optional phone, display name, sector, avatar — to create and secure your account and show your name on contributions.
• Content you create — posts, comments, reviews, ratings, favorites, reports, and shops you submit — to power the community and directory.
• Photos — images you upload for a place you own — to display your listing.
• Approximate location — device location when you use "Near me"/the map — used on-device to show nearby places; not stored unless a place's coordinates are saved.
• Device & push — push token and platform — to send you notifications.
• Usage analytics — events like listing views and call/WhatsApp/directions taps — to understand usage and improve.
• Diagnostics — crash reports and error logs — to fix bugs.

We do not collect passwords — sign-in uses a one-time code sent to your email.

2. How we use your information

• Operate core features: discovery, directory, reviews, community Q&A, deals.
• Send notifications you'd expect (answers to your questions, etc.).
• Keep the community safe: detecting spam, rate-limiting, and reviewing reported content.
• Measure and improve performance and reliability.
• Show ads (see "Advertising").

3. Service providers

We share data only with the processors needed to run the app: Supabase (database, auth & storage, hosted in the EU), Google Firebase (push & analytics), Google AdMob (advertising), Google Maps (maps & directions), and Sentry (crash monitoring). We do not sell your personal information.

4. Advertising

We show ads via Google AdMob, which may use device identifiers to deliver and measure ads. You can limit ad personalization in your device settings (iOS: Settings → Privacy → Tracking; Android: Settings → Google → Ads).

5. Your content & other users

Posts, comments, reviews, and shop listings you create are visible to other users along with your display name and avatar. Don't post others' private information. Content reported by multiple users may be hidden automatically and reviewed by our team.

6. Your rights & choices

• Access & edit: view and update your profile in the app (Settings → Edit profile).
• Delete your account: Settings → Delete account permanently removes your profile, posts, comments, reviews, and favorites.
• Notifications: turn off push in your device settings.
• Location: deny or revoke the location permission anytime.

7. Data retention

We keep your data while your account is active. When you delete your account, your personal data and contributions are removed from our active systems; routine backups are purged on a rolling basis.

8. Children

GardeniaGo is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

9. Security & international transfers

Data is encrypted in transit and protected by row-level security so users can only access their own private data. Our providers may process data in the EU and other countries; we rely on their safeguards for such transfers.

10. Changes

We may update this policy; we'll change the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, notify you in the app.

«جاردينيا جو» (نحن/التطبيق) تطبيق محلي للاكتشاف والمجتمع لسكان جاردينيا هايتس، القاهرة الجديدة، مصر. توضّح هذه السياسة ما نجمعه ولماذا وما خياراتك. باستخدامك التطبيق فإنك توافق على هذه السياسة.

١. المعلومات التي نجمعها

• الحساب — البريد الإلكتروني ورقم الهاتف (اختياري) واسم العرض والقطاع والصورة الرمزية — لإنشاء حسابك وتأمينه وإظهار اسمك على مساهماتك.
• المحتوى الذي تنشئه — المنشورات والتعليقات والمراجعات والتقييمات والمفضلة والبلاغات والمتاجر — لتوفير ميزات المجتمع والدليل.
• الصور — الصور التي ترفعها لمكان تملكه — لعرض قائمتك.
• الموقع التقريبي — موقع الجهاز عند استخدام «بالقرب مني» أو الخريطة — يُستخدم على الجهاز لإظهار الأماكن القريبة، ولا يُخزَّن إلا عند حفظ إحداثيات مكان.
• الجهاز والإشعارات — رمز الإشعارات ونوع المنصة — لإرسال الإشعارات إليك.
• تحليلات الاستخدام — أحداث مثل مشاهدة الأماكن والنقر على الاتصال/واتساب/الاتجاهات — لفهم الاستخدام والتحسين.
• التشخيص — تقارير الأعطال وسجلات الأخطاء — لإصلاح المشكلات.

نحن لا نجمع كلمات المرور — تسجيل الدخول يتم برمز يُرسل لمرة واحدة إلى بريدك.

٢. كيف نستخدم معلوماتك

• تشغيل الميزات الأساسية: الاكتشاف والدليل والمراجعات وأسئلة المجتمع والعروض.
• إرسال الإشعارات المتوقعة (مثل الإجابات على أسئلتك).
• الحفاظ على أمان المجتمع: رصد الإزعاج وتحديد معدّل النشر ومراجعة المحتوى المُبلّغ عنه.
• قياس الأداء والموثوقية وتحسينهما.
• عرض الإعلانات.

٣. مزوّدو الخدمة

نشارك البيانات فقط مع الجهات اللازمة لتشغيل التطبيق: Supabase (قاعدة البيانات والمصادقة والتخزين، في الاتحاد الأوروبي)، وGoogle Firebase (الإشعارات والتحليلات)، وGoogle AdMob (الإعلانات)، وGoogle Maps (الخرائط والاتجاهات)، وSentry (مراقبة الأعطال). ونحن لا نبيع معلوماتك الشخصية.

٤. الإعلانات

نعرض الإعلانات عبر Google AdMob، وقد تستخدم مُعرّفات الجهاز لعرضها وقياسها. ويمكنك الحدّ من تخصيص الإعلانات من إعدادات جهازك.

٥. محتواك والمستخدمون الآخرون

المنشورات والتعليقات والمراجعات وقوائم المتاجر التي تنشئها تكون مرئية للآخرين مع اسم العرض والصورة الرمزية. لا تنشر معلومات الآخرين الخاصة. وقد يُخفى المحتوى المُبلّغ عنه من عدة مستخدمين تلقائيًا ويُراجَع.

٦. حقوقك وخياراتك

• الاطلاع والتعديل: الإعدادات ← تعديل الملف.
• حذف الحساب: الإعدادات ← حذف الحساب يزيل ملفك ومساهماتك نهائيًا.
• الإشعارات: أوقفها من إعدادات جهازك.
• الموقع: يمكنك رفض الإذن أو سحبه في أي وقت.

٧. الاحتفاظ بالبيانات

نحتفظ ببياناتك طالما حسابك نشط. وعند حذف حسابك تُزال بياناتك ومساهماتك من أنظمتنا النشطة، وتُمحى النسخ الاحتياطية تباعًا.

٨. الأطفال

التطبيق غير موجَّه للأطفال دون 13 عامًا ولا نجمع بياناتهم عن قصد.

٩. الأمان والنقل الدولي

تُشفَّر البيانات أثناء النقل وتُحمى بحيث لا يصل أي مستخدم إلا إلى بياناته الخاصة. وقد يعالج مزوّدونا البيانات في الاتحاد الأوروبي ودول أخرى وفق ضماناتهم.

١٠. التغييرات

قد نحدّث هذه السياسة؛ وسنغيّر تاريخ «آخر تحديث» ونخطرك داخل التطبيق عند التغييرات الجوهرية.

Welcome to GardeniaGo. These Terms govern your use of the GardeniaGo app and services for Gardenia Heights, New Cairo. By using the app you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

1. Who can use GardeniaGo

You must be at least 13 years old and able to form a binding agreement. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

2. Your account

Sign-in uses a one-time code sent to your email — there's no password to remember. You're responsible for activity on your account and for keeping access to your email secure.

3. Community & content

GardeniaGo lets you post questions, answers, reviews, ratings, and business listings. You're responsible for what you post. Be respectful and accurate, and don't post content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, spammy, misleading, or that shares others' private information. We may rate-limit, hide, or remove content and may suspend accounts that break these rules. Content reported by several users may be hidden automatically and reviewed by our team.

4. Business listings

If you add or claim a shop, you confirm you're authorized to represent it and that the information and photos you provide are accurate and yours to share. We may review, verify, feature, or remove listings, and we may offer promoted placements. Verification doesn't mean we endorse a business.

5. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the app — including attempting to disrupt it, scrape or harvest data, impersonate others, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

6. Your content & our license

You keep ownership of the content you create. By posting, you grant GardeniaGo a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, and distribute that content within the app to operate the service. You can delete your content and account at any time.

7. Third-party services

The app links to and relies on third parties — for example WhatsApp, your phone dialer, Google Maps, and the app stores. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and we're not responsible for them.

8. Listings are informational

Place details, opening hours, ratings, and deals come from businesses, the community, and third-party sources and may be incomplete or out of date. Please confirm important details (like hours or prices) directly with the place before relying on them.

9. Disclaimers

GardeniaGo is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that information in it is accurate.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GardeniaGo and its team won't be liable for any indirect or consequential damages, or for interactions or transactions between you and any business or other user.

11. Termination

You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you break these Terms or to protect the community.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms; we'll change the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, notify you in the app. Continuing to use the app means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.

أهلاً بك في «جاردينيا جو». تحكم هذه الشروط استخدامك لتطبيق جاردينيا جو وخدماته الخاصة بجاردينيا هايتس، القاهرة الجديدة. باستخدامك التطبيق فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط، وإن لم توافق فالرجاء عدم استخدام التطبيق.

١. من يمكنه استخدام التطبيق

يجب أن يكون عمرك 13 عامًا على الأقل وأن تكون مؤهلاً لإبرام اتفاق مُلزم. وتوافق على تقديم معلومات صحيحة والحفاظ على تحديثها.

٢. حسابك

يتم تسجيل الدخول برمز يُرسل لمرة واحدة إلى بريدك الإلكتروني — لا توجد كلمة مرور. وأنت مسؤول عن النشاط الذي يتم عبر حسابك وعن الحفاظ على أمان بريدك.

٣. المجتمع والمحتوى

يتيح لك التطبيق نشر الأسئلة والإجابات والمراجعات والتقييمات وقوائم الأنشطة التجارية. وأنت مسؤول عمّا تنشره. كن محترمًا ودقيقًا، ولا تنشر محتوى مخالفًا للقانون أو مسيئًا أو مضايقًا أو مزعجًا أو مضلِّلاً أو يكشف معلومات الآخرين الخاصة. ويحق لنا تحديد معدّل النشر أو إخفاء أو إزالة المحتوى وإيقاف الحسابات المخالفة. وقد يُخفى المحتوى المُبلّغ عنه من عدة مستخدمين تلقائيًا ويُراجَع من فريقنا.

٤. قوائم الأنشطة التجارية

عند إضافة محل أو المطالبة به، فإنك تؤكد أنك مخوّل بتمثيله وأن المعلومات والصور التي تقدّمها صحيحة ولك حق نشرها. ويحق لنا مراجعة القوائم والتحقق منها وإبرازها أو إزالتها، وقد نوفّر مواضع إعلانية مدفوعة. والتحقق لا يعني تأييدنا للنشاط.

٥. الاستخدام المقبول

لا تُسئ استخدام التطبيق — بما في ذلك محاولة تعطيله أو جمع بياناته أو انتحال شخصية الآخرين أو استخدامه لأي غرض غير قانوني.

٦. محتواك والترخيص

تحتفظ بملكية المحتوى الذي تنشئه. وبنشرك له، تمنح جاردينيا جو ترخيصًا غير حصري لاستضافته وعرضه داخل التطبيق لتشغيل الخدمة. ويمكنك حذف محتواك وحسابك في أي وقت.

٧. خدمات الأطراف الأخرى

يرتبط التطبيق بخدمات أطراف أخرى ويعتمد عليها — مثل واتساب والاتصال الهاتفي وخرائط Google ومتاجر التطبيقات. ويخضع استخدامك لتلك الخدمات لشروطها الخاصة، ولسنا مسؤولين عنها.

٨. القوائم لأغراض إرشادية

تفاصيل الأماكن ومواعيد العمل والتقييمات والعروض مقدَّمة من الأنشطة والمجتمع ومصادر أخرى، وقد تكون ناقصة أو غير محدّثة. يُرجى تأكيد التفاصيل المهمة (كالمواعيد أو الأسعار) مع المكان مباشرةً قبل الاعتماد عليها.

٩. إخلاء المسؤولية

يُقدَّم التطبيق «كما هو» و«حسب توفّره» دون أي ضمانات. ولا نضمن أن يكون متصلاً دائمًا أو خاليًا من الأخطاء أو أن تكون معلوماته دقيقة.

١٠. حدود المسؤولية

إلى الحد الذي يسمح به القانون، لا يتحمّل جاردينيا جو وفريقه أي مسؤولية عن أضرار غير مباشرة أو تبعية، ولا عن التعاملات بينك وبين أي نشاط تجاري أو مستخدم آخر.

١١. إنهاء الاستخدام

يمكنك التوقف عن استخدام التطبيق وحذف حسابك في أي وقت. وقد نوقف أو نُنهي الوصول في حال مخالفة هذه الشروط أو لحماية المجتمع.

١٢. تغييرات الشروط

قد نحدّث هذه الشروط؛ وسنغيّر تاريخ «آخر تحديث» أعلاه ونخطرك داخل التطبيق عند التغييرات الجوهرية. واستمرارك في استخدام التطبيق يعني قبولك للشروط المحدّثة.

١٣. القانون الحاكم

تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين جمهورية مصر العربية.
